RevApp is a machine learning dynamic pricing tool that allows hotel, property and channel managers to increase their room revenues and reduce their fixed costs. Our model performs dynamic pricing, based on pricing and revenue optimization techniques, allowing the user to automatically come up with a specific renting price that will lead to the increase of his/her revenues. Our tool also allows managers to significantly decrease their costs by eliminating the need of employing revenue managers and making real-time pricing decisions to help to convert the visitor into buyer.
